H2O Hub is a custom-built webshop designed to support field engineers and contractors in ordering project materials. Every order is linked directly to a SAP project, ensuring full traceability from request to delivery.The platform features role-based access for contractors, field engineers, logistics staff and administrators. Users can browse an extensive catalogue, place orders and manage recurring purchases through reusable templates. Automated email notifications keep all stakeholders informed at every stage, while a built-in dashboard tracks order volumes and statuses with options for Excel exports.

The platform serves over 150 users across 25 organisations, managing around 600 projects and processing between 50 and 150 orders per month. On average, the system sends 80 automated emails per day, ensuring real-time communication across the supply chain.H2O Hub integrates with Madaster for material passport tracking in support of circularity goals. A dedicated support section with instructional videos, a changelog and an FAQ ensures smooth onboarding and ongoing adoption.
