Cartesius is a new residential district in Utrecht, comprising over 3,000 homes and inspired by the principles of the Blue Zones. Based on Jetway's design, we developed a website that reflects the calm, open character of the neighbourhood. The experience creates space for storytelling, with a clear narrative that introduces the vision behind Cartesius while guiding visitors through the scale and ambition of the development. Subtle motion adds an immersive layer where it enhances the story, without overwhelming it.

The website is seamlessly connected to the backend of Ballast Nedam Development, allowing visitors to easily find up-to-date sales information. The result is a balanced digital experience that feels spacious and considered, while performing as a practical tool for future residents and stakeholders alike.
